10K For A 3 Day Seminar On HML?

Got a call from a BP member yesterday. They had posed a question a few days ago about what to do with some cash. I suggested HML. Yesterday, they called stating some outfit wants 10K for a three day seminar on HML. This sounds as bad as the 10K seminars on how to make money in RE. It sounds outlandish, and I am not sure there is actually three days work of GOOD info on HML. I don't consider myself an expert, though I do my own HML. I would appreciate the input of the experts, and @Jay Hinrichs in particular! 10K sounds like a LOT of money....even if it was 10 days!

@John Thedford I give a free seminar on Hard Money every time a new investor calls us up. If a call goes past 30 minutes it is because we ended up talking about baseball or the weather or something. There's not THAT much to learn about HML, at least as far as an investor is concerned
