Hard money lender "?"

Hows it going bp. New and just asking questions as they come to my mind. Iam a homeowner sense april 2017. Im curious on what to expect when applying for a hard money loan. Also is there a certain credit score you should have?

@Devonte Blackmon  Welcome to BP! 

I've applied in the past with HML, and in my experience they wanted to see sufficient cash reserves in order to finish the project, in case it went over budget. Experience at rehabs and the ultimate exit strategy (sell, refinance) were also important. They ran credit on me but didn't say how much of a factor it was.
