Providing Proof of Funds for a MLS offer

Hello BP,

Quick question. When submitting an offer on the MLS, some or most agents want proof of funds. Although I've reached out to different lenders, they've given me their criteria for loans & what they will accept.

How do I go about getting a proof of funds letter? Should I ask the lenders that I've talked to for this?

I know the most they(lenders) could say is "no", I feel like since I am new & I haven't flipped a property yet, I wont be able to get a proof of funds letter without doing business with them first.

Any advice ?
