For the purchase of a rental property (long term), with rates on the rise, I'm curious which of these options would you pick and why?
* 5-year adjustable 2.25%
* 1-yr fixed 2.65%
* 7-yr fixed 4.95%
* 10-yr fixed 5.2%
Btw, these are rate options for Canada.
