Need help financing a deal

Question:

I am looking to purchase 2 investment properties in my hometown, Akron, OH, and they are lower priced investments than I have ever done, $27K purchase price. I feel good about them because it's my old stomping grounds which I know very well (comps are coming back in the $115K range). I have my money tied up in other deals currently.

Does anyone know where I might be able to find financing for these deals?
