Hey BP! My partner and I just closed on a small multifamily apartment building in downtown Las Vegas. We own the property outright and are looking for a non-recourse construction loan to improve the property. I'd love to talk with private money lenders out there and take referrals and recommendations from the BP community. Thanks!
