I have a quick question for you all this morning. I have raw land in West Texas, where I plan to build a duplex next year. I will not be residing in any of the units, just for investing. Where can I go for a loan to build? I have reached out to plenty loan places in the land's city but no one seems to offer these types of loans. 

Help?
