Developing Multi-Use (Residential with Commercial bottom)

I've owned 3 SFH rental properties, but I've sold them and have concentrated on flips now. I want to develop a multi-use (residential with commercial on bottom) property. Will banks have an issue providing the money since I don't have a lot of experiencing managing properties? I would have a professional property management in place taking care of it for me.
