Purchasing first investment property in Rhode Island

Hi All,

Purchasing first investment property.  Already approved through a bank with 20% down, below 5% on conventional 15yr fixed.  Does that seem about right, should I shop that around and look for a better rate?

All thoughts/suggestions appreciated.
