Good morning. I have an investor ready to work here in GA in the Atlanta market but he doesn't want to spend his own money. He would prefer to go through a lender. Will you all please tell me what lenders you have used and prefer?

@Doug Bryant I would recommend staying local when looking for a hard money lender based on my own experiences as an investor and with what clients of mine have experienced.  Trying tagging your local area or even your state in your post so you can see if any local HMLs are lurking on here.
