Are qualified for manufactured home then!

Everything was fine with a loan for the above, even put ten thousand down which they only have to finance twenty two thousand. Then they found out our income will go down some in three years as my wifes disability from her work will expire, not social security. I dont see  how they can go by three years from now as it's all fine now with high credit scores, etc! They haven't turned us down yet but can see it coming. Wouldn't that be discrimination? Who knows what things will be like in three years, this would not  be right in my opinion. Never been asked before if you'd have the same job, pay, etc.years from now, that's impossible to know!
