Looking for a construction loan, DTI tapped out

Looking for advice on a construction loan. In escrow on a property now through Chase. Once the property closes the plan is to build 2 condos and sell. Im tapped out on my DTI, any recommendations on construction loans?

Tear down purchase price:

$1,320,000 at 30% down P&I

Would need $800k to build:

Looking at $800-$1m in profit.
