Anyone have a lender they would recommend in Akron?

I am looking to refinance two rentals. I am in California. Rentals are in Ohio. I was going to go with the same bank that I currently have a mortgage with for my triplex. Found out they don't do investment properties, only owner occupied. They bought my loan in a bundle I guess.

Would like some recommendations on lenders you have had good luck with. I have a call into Homeside Financial, which was my original lender. Anyone have experience with them?
