Best bank for operating account

What is best bank for operating rental account.  I am at PNC now and they hit me with fees in my escrow account that was opened for security deposit.  It was 20.00 per month for being below 2k balance.  It was not noticed for 4 or 5 months and Im not real happy with them. They also charge me 13.00 to accept a wire?! WTH?  

Anyway looking for a bank with low fees and no charge for incoming wires or ACH deposits.
