I am new to real estate investing and looking for a good real estate attorney in the Austin, TX area with experience in lease contracts, LLC companies formation, 1031 tax exchange and estate planning. Any good recommendations will be appreciated.

You haven't mentioned what type of investing and deal size. Make sure the attorney has the appropriate experience and skill set for what you are trying to accomplish or the mistakes made can be very costly.
