Should I lock in this rate? 4.25% 30 year conventional

Hello,

I am a newbie and received official loan estimate with Wells Fargo. i am getting conventional loan and they are providing me 4.25%. Is this a good deal? I have a 725 middle credit score. 

Should I lock it in or not? 

P.S.- I am a bit frustrated as it jumped from 4.125% to 4.25% over 1 day. see below. Any help would be really great! Its my first invesment!
