HELOC for LLC from Bank of the West

In case anyone is in the market for it.... We just closed a HELOC with Bank of the West. They will extend a line up to 60% LTV for investment properties and closed in the name of the LLC. That is, we did not have to move the house out of the LLC to get the line. Thought others might like to know that such lenders exist.
