Meeting with a hml for the first time

So this Tuesday I'm meeting with a hml for the first time. I asked if we could meet so I could ask a couple of questions about the process. I have my little list of questions to ask but just in case I'm forgetting anything I figured I come to the forum and ask what questions did you have for your hml the first time you've met?

How many points?

Interest rate?

Term Length?  Does he give automatic extensions?  Does he charge for extensions?

How does his draw schedule work?  Does he personally inspect or does he hire an inspector?  How long does it take him to release a draw after an inspection?
