Debt to Income Ratio
Hello..
I have 2 mortgages - my rental and my current residence in Southern California. My rental covers itself and has been occupied for 2 years-
My credit score is around 680.
The problem is now when applying for any other loan, my debt to income is too high.
Was looking out of state for a $80k duplex and not able to qualify..
Any advice??
Thanks
