Short term lending with a something like loan or promisary note

I want to buy a house in Indiana ( `100k). My money tied up in WA state house ( 500k). The house in WA is for sale. it is in Lynnwood WA. High demand area. I cannot wait till it's sold and closed. The house i want to buy accepts back offers cash only.  So i am looking for short term financing. 2-6 months. Who wants to help? :)
