Need Money Partner

I am getting offers on houses with nice profit potential. I have no money and low credit. Just got a loan for another issue so I want a partner not another loan. House can go in your name (I want a promisary note), the profits does not have to be 50/50 as long as its fair and you would be willing to do more than one. I will market the home and help get the buyer a loan if they need one. I do not live in the same state as the houses I am looking at but can make contacts. :violin:
