Looking for any good hard money lenders in north ga atl. area

Just got a 4 plex at auction. Need to close in 30 days. Normal banks say they cant do it in time. Does any one know of person or group that can lended in that time frame.

Your best bet is a private lender.  If this property was in CA, we would be able to help.   Look under the directory for a Georgia private lender.
