Home equity line of credit
I am going to be applying for a home equity loan but my debt to income ratio is cutting it pretty close.... On my w2 it has gross pay, less misc no taxable comp, and reported w2 wages (box 1 of the w2). Would a bank use the gross pay listed or the reported w2 wages?
