Starting up a business

Hi there,

I am starting my dream custom fabric designer shop.I have always wanted to start a business of my own. I don’t have a job right now and I need the money for initial requirements, I think my mortgage would be quite big and I have to depend on it. My friends suggested getting a mortgage from Northwood mortgages (http://www.northwoodmortgage.com) since I don’t have any experience with them I would like to get your suggestions on this. Also, what documents would I need to produce in order to apply for the mortgage? Like I said before I don’t have a job so I won’t be having any income or salary documents.
