Loan for individual vs LLC

What's up BP community! Recently purchased a home in SC with the intention of using the brrrr strategy. I was going to purchase under an LLC but was told by a lender that I could only get 30 yr financing if it's in my name. Someone suggested I rehab then rent the home and finance on a fixed 30 yr loan then form the LLC and get a quit-claim deed on the property under the LLC name but keep the insurance in my own name. Any feedback would be much appreciated.
