Refinancing a duplex in Oklahoma

Hi BP Community, 

I'm looking to do my first refinance of a duplex. I bought the property off market, rehabbed it, and filled it. Now I'm ready to refinance. I have a couple questions:

1. Are typical refinancing costs comparable to original closing costs? If not, what can I expect? 

2. Does anyone have any recommendations for refinancing lenders qualified in Oklahoma?
