Wimberley, TX New Build

I currently own several SFR that I hold as rentals. They are all in the general Austin, TX area. I am looking to do a SFR new build in the city of Wimberley. I plan buy the lot cash, build the home and then sell. I would like if the BP community could tell me what local banks and points of contact they are using to fund their SFR investment construction loans such as the one described.
