Private Lending for Commercial Strip Center - High CAP Rate
Hello BP!!!
I came across this strip center in FL that based on the purchase price the Net Cap Rate is close to 14% and with annual rent escalations.
I would like to purchase it but the purchase price is $3,500,000 and I only have 10% down. Maybe I could get the seller to hold 10 to 20% but I don't think they will.
Do you guys know of a good private lender for commercial strip centers?
