Help finding an investor friendly bank in the Bronx

Hi BP,

My name is Leunam, and i'm new to investing. I'm currently beginning the pre approval process. My goal is to buy a 2-4 family home in the Bronx using an Fha loan or a 203k loan. I am currently looking for investor friendly banks in the Bronx. Any advice or referrals would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
