Financing in central/western NYS

I am a contractor In the central/western part of New York State. Ready to get involved in flipping, just need the capital to do it. I have my eye on a few houses just need someone with the capital or a hard money lender to finance the flips. If someone could message me I would appreciate it. Willing to split all profits 50/50.
