In Connecticut what do you have to do to become a HML
I'm exploring becoming a hard money lender but I'm trying to figure out what I need to do. I think I can make 5 loans without getting a license.... But if I go over that I think I do but it looks I will need 3 years mortgage experience. Do I need to do this if I'm doing commercial loans only to LLC's for the purpose of flip properties??
