Commercial Mortgage Broker in Seattle area

Can anybody recommend a good commercial mortgage broker in the greater Seattle area?

In negotiations to by an office building and what to explore more options that the few banks I've spoken to.  The best of the banks one offers low down (20-15%) but only 20 year amortization and the other does up to 30 year amortization but needs 30% down.
