Foreign investor in Canada, looking for creative financing idea
Hey guys
So this is will be my first post here. My situation is a little bit special, as currently i own two rental properties (fourplex) in Canada, and had 35% down payment on both, but because of my status here as an non permanent resident, the bank would not grant me another loan, even if i have the down-payment and the cash-flow from previous two properties to show for it.
It would be at least 16 more months till i got my PR, but there are a few very good deals that i am very interested in buying. Just wondering if there are any ways i can finance my purchase, with 35%, or even 50% down payment?
Thanks!
