I am looking for a construction loan

I purchased a house for only 33,000 that needs $70,000 in rehab.  I am getting a private loan for $30,000 to cover the acquisition cost.  Is there a private/hard money lender who will cover $70,000 for the rehab loan and take a second lien position?
