Trying to secure a line of credit on a 5-plex

Hi there! Does anyone know of any banks that would offer a line of credit with a low interest rate (like a HELOC) on a 5-plex? I have a lot of equity but because of my recent job gap and new position, First Bank, Vectra and Bank of the West all said they wouldn't do it and my last resort would be to refinance. THANKS!!!!
