Canadian looking to pull equity in Ohio property help

Hello. My name is Nathanael and I'm a Canadian investor who is looking to pull equity from a property in Ohio that I will soon own. Is there any mortgage broker or anybody out there that could help you for an investor who owns a property in Ohio who equity so I can purchase another one. Any help will be greatly appreciated thanks so much to everyone here. I'm also looking for a good property manager and investor from the title company there. if anyone knows any goods ones in Cleveland Ohio as well that would very appreciated. thanks a lot
