Best Bank/Credit Union in the Tampa Bay Area to Loan From
Good Evening,
Looking to see what some of your recommendations are for obtaining a conventional 30 yr loan for a duplex/triplex/quadplex investor property in the Tampa Bay area. Targeting Credit Unions and Banks. Looking for the following criteria:
- best Interest Rate
-Ease of requirements (min down payment, debt to income ration, etc.)
-small to mid size institutions
-looking to build a in person relationship.
