looking for quotes on 4 plex refi

I have a 4 plex owned out right in Chicago. I was thinking about taking out 70% equity which would be a little iver 400k. What rates are people offering? I have only shopped with once person so I wanted ro get some other quotes. Looking for something very straight forward without a bunch of BS. My last "lender" was full of BS and it caused me to miss the better rates a few months ago. Newbie mistake. Thanks.
