Interested in learning more and exploring options with a portfolio lender in Portland, OR. 

Reason: with our current primary residence we want to explore options for a new investment property or a new primary residence while changing our current into an investment property. Conventional regulation keeps our max purchase price lower than we find advantageous for our next move.
