Buying Mobile Home from family

Good morning All, I am looking for advice on purchasing a mobile home from my brother. He is selling me the mobile home for $10,000. He has been living in it for roughly a year and there is no major damage anywhere. What is the best way to purchase the home from him? I have read an article that describes a scenario that you can be added to the title, then 6 months later refinance the house to avoid closing costs and purchase costs. Since I am buying from my brother what fees would I have to pay for? Any help is greatly appreciated as this would be my first real estate purchase. Thank you!
