Have FHA loans changed?

I just went to the credit union I use to inquire about an FHA loan to acquire a multifamily. I was told that FHA loans can not be used on any property with more than two units. This is the first time I've heard this. Was I misinformed, or has there been a change in the program?

Thank you

Go to other banks. The person at your credit union who said that was incorrect, and you want to work with someone who knows their stuff.
