So I'm having a challenge i have a wonderful commercial office building, thats is fully renovated and starting to get Tenants, in a good location. Its held in a LLC with 2 yeas good accounts. The Challange I'm having is the company is owned by non US Residents, Canadian investors. Most of the banks I'm speaking to want a US Resident. I was told to look on this Forum for Asset based lenders , can anyone help. the Company is in good standing.
