approval for PML & HML

Hi BP, Anyone of you guys in the Boston Area works for a PML or HML? I want to shop around and get a the best offer I found a house I want and I want to make an offer. I just need to shop loan rates. Any suggestions? Thanks Roup

    You will need more info from the lender. Not just the interest rate, but length of loan, prepaid expenses, points, as well as how much down they want their borrower to put in. Almost all lenders will expect skin in the game. You will find that terms vary considerably. Whatever you do, DON'T pay any advance fees with the exception of an appraisal fee. Lots of scammers will take your money and won't give you the loan.
