Financing 22 SFR Portfolio

Trying to figure out the best way to finance the purchase of a portfolio of 22 single family homes. The seller wants to sell all at one time. I don't really want to go the blanket mortgage route since I'd like to sell some of them but also keep a few for myself. Any ideas or strategies would be much appreciated.

Blanket is the way to go. It will allow you to sell/add properties to/from the loan.
