Recommendations for bank/credit unions for cash out refinance

Does anyone have any good recommendations for banks/credit unions that does cash out refinance on rental properties.  I am currently going through the process with a local credit union and they are terrible to say the least.  I don't see the benefit of using a local bank/credit union over one far away since I send all forms electronically via email and talk via phone with them anyways.
