Thoughts About Local Wholesale / Loan Companies?

Hi All,

Hope everyone had an awesome Thanksgiving (and black Friday if you participated ;) )

So I've been looking at some multifamily properties in the Inland Empire and spoke with a Real estate/PM agent and they referred me to a local wholesale / loan company.

I've done some research online of the company and it seems to have pretty good reviews / feedback on the services but since I'm new to the investing industry  I want to see what everyone's thoughts and opinions were about local companies compared to typical big banks like BOA, Wells Fargo, Citi etc.  Is there any pros or cons for local companies compared to the bigger ones?

Thanks!

Michael
