Refinancing after seasoning period
Hi family, I'm almost ready to make the first offer. But I'm hesitating because of concerns about my credit and getting financing after the seasoning period. I have a charge off on my credit that occurred 14 months ago; everything else is perfect and DTI is great. My plan was to apply for a hard money loan for the first deal.
What are my chances of qualifying for conventional loans after a 6-8 month seasoning period? Or should I wait another 6 months or so before getting started.
