NY state first time home buyer programs for non owner occupants?

Hello BP!

I am looking to purchase my first New York state investment property in Ontario County, NY (Rochester, NY/Finger Lakes area).  I do not own my own home, and my renting situation is great, so I want to buy my first home as a non owner occupied investment property.  Are there any first time homebuyer programs that I can take advantage of in NY state that will apply for a non owner occupant? 

I do co-own a triplex in Pennsylvania with my brother, which we purchased from my father for "$1".
