Loan coordinator looking for new ways to generate leads

Recently, I started working with my father as a loan coordinator. Been at it for about 6 months and I'm constantly trying to learn new ways of advertising/networking/generating leads. As of now, I mostly use Craigslist/backpages/social media to advertise. I've done pretty well at scratching the surface in terms of learning the various type of loans we do(gap funding, bridge loans, buy and hold loans, commercial/multi family, re fi) as well as the rates/terms. My hopes are to become a broker and investor within a couple of years. I come from a sales background and love meeting/networking with new people. If anyone has any advice or recommendations on any books/learning resources it would be greatly appreciated!
