I currently have a LLC for my general business. I will have a separate LLC for each apartment complex. No, I won't be using my own personal funds, instead will use private money lenders.

I just join BP recently myself and have read several of the topic threads. This forum appears to really have very wise and knowledgeable SMEs. They are the ones to guide us both in our start-up.
